MACE · by KyberCore

Your company,
your projects,
one place.

For real-estate developers, the owner's reps who watch their builds, and the dealers who supply them.

A typical firm runs seven to ten systems that were never designed to work together. MACE sits above the ones that hold your work, reads them, and takes over the ones that only hold copies of it — so every input your team receives lands in one place, and every output it owes comes back out without being built by hand.

Thirty minutes, and bring one project. We rebuild what it looked like inside MACE, so the templates come out shaped like yours instead of ours.

The problem

02 / 09

Great companies,
built in spite of legacy software.

The businesses that build the physical world were built by hands-on people who worked it out from the ground up. Ask anyone running one how a quote moves from the field to a customer, or how a change order gets priced and approved, and you will hear a process that is specific, hard-won and effective.

None of it was built with the help of software. It was built in spite of it.

A typical firm runs seven to ten systems that were never designed to work together. Each tool understands its own slice; not one of them understands the business. The workflow that actually runs the company lives in the space between the tools, held together by people who remember how it is supposed to go.

MACE is one workspace that reads those sources and keeps score. And it never acts on its own: every email, report and proposal it writes arrives as a draft and waits for a person to read it and press send.

Sixty hours a month,
spent on formatting.

Every client gets a schedule update and a budget update, every month. Each one is assembled by hand, in a design tool, out of numbers that already exist somewhere else. That is the first thing MACE gives back.

Profiles

Two profiles,
one engine.

MACE for dealers

For dealers, installers, manufacturers and service businesses.

  • A workspace of your own: command center, chat with MACE, cockpit, insights, notes, reports.
  • Job intake, quotes and pricing, kept on the job rather than in a spreadsheet.
  • Install scheduling, and the material that gates it.
  • Weekly reports, drafted for you and sent after you have read them.
  • A portal your customer can open to see where their job is.

MACE for construction

For real-estate developers and owner's reps.

  • The same spine, turned toward the construction side of the work.
  • Pipeline, milestones, and capital deployed against what was raised.
  • Investor updates, drafted for a partner to send.
  • Oversight across a portfolio of builds, and what is drifting in it.
  • A client portal for the owner you answer to.

Ashla · the engine

Ashla is the engine both profiles run on.

Command center, Ask MACE, notes, insights, documents, mail and calendar triage, leads, accounts, contacts and projects — the parts that work the same whether you are selling cabinets or building a distribution centre. It is not something you buy on top — it is what you are already using.

How it works

05 / 09

Centralized. Organized.
Automated.

The built world shares the same three-front war. MACE fights it on all three, in that order — it reads your operation, it drafts the paperwork, and it tells you what changed.

Centralized

The truth about a project lives across a dozen contractors, an accounting system, a project management tool and ten thousand emails. MACE reads all of it — QuickBooks, Gmail or Outlook, your calendar, and whatever you paste or upload — so that answering one question does not mean opening five tabs.

Organized

Compiling that into one honest picture is a manual job someone does by hand every reporting cycle. MACE keeps a live register instead: every open item across every project, sorted by how close it is to being late, and a command center that opens on what changed overnight and who to call today.

Automated

What passes for automation elsewhere looks more like a phone call to a junior. MACE drafts the work — proposals, weekly reports, emails, investor updates — and then stops. Each one arrives with your name on it and waits for you to read it and send it.

What comes in

  • Outlook
  • Gmail
  • QuickBooks
  • Excel
  • SharePoint
  • Google Drive
  • Mail and calendar, read where they already land
  • Pay applications and invoices, in whatever form they arrive
  • Cost trackers and spreadsheets
  • Contracts, drawings and the rest of the document pile

MACE

What comes out

  • Client reports, on your saved template
  • Weekly updates and investor letters, drafted
  • Replies waiting in your own outbox
  • A change-order register that stays current
  • A cost forecast with the pending work priced

Who it's for

06 / 09

Two sides
of the same building.

Developers

Build-to-suit developers and the owner's reps who watch the build for them.

  • A pipeline of sites and deals, in one board.
  • Milestones, and which of them are slipping.
  • Capital deployed against what was raised.
  • Investor updates, drafted for a partner to send.
  • A client portal for the owner.

Dealers

Windows and doors, kitchens and baths, cabinets, manufacturing and distribution, and the service businesses around them.

  • Intake, quotes, and a pricing sheet that is actually the pricing sheet.
  • Installs, and the material that gates them.
  • Punch and service after the install.
  • The week's numbers without building a spreadsheet.
  • A portal your customer can open.

Your data

07 / 09

Your data
stays yours.

One tenant per subdomain. Your workspace has its own address and its own rows. The apex you are reading now has no tenant behind it at all.

Row-level security in the database. Every query is scoped to your tenant by Postgres itself, not by the application remembering to add a filter.

Email runs on your own account. MACE connects to your Gmail or Outlook and sends as you, from your address.

Nothing is sent without review. Drafting and sending are two separate steps, and the second one is a person.

Nothing is ripped out, nothing is migrated. QuickBooks stays where it is and stays the system of record; MACE reads and writes through the API. The system stays. The login goes.

The bore

08 / 09

Reads your operation. Drafts the artifacts. Tells you what changed.

Tell us
what your week looks like.

We would rather hear about the jobs, the draws and the paperwork you are behind on than talk about software. Send us a note and we will show you the version of MACE that is shaped like your business.
